About Us
Originally formed in 2019, TWF was established to raise and manage funds and properties that support the mission, services, and programs of The Chautauqua Center (TCC).
Our Mission
While a separate legal entity, TWF works closely with TCC to address the significant medical demand and healthcare disparities facing underserved populations in a region that our federal government has designated as medically underserved.
Our committed staff and experienced Board of Directors are motivated by a deep understanding of community needs and a desire to make the community healthier.
