Our Indispensable Partnership
The Chautauqua Center operates Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) in a region that are designated by the federal government as medically underserved. TCC provides essential services including medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmaceutical.
TWF was formed in response to recognized gaps in access, treatment, education, and prevention, and the clear need for more resources to bridge these gaps within the community. While legally distinct, our activities are entirely focused on supporting TCC's efforts to meet the great medical demand in Chautauqua County.
How We Support TCC's Mission
Funding Healthcare Services
We raise funds to support an array of costs related to medical and behavioral health and wellness in the Chautauqua County region, directly benefiting TCC's patient services.

Workforce Recruitment & Retention
TWF assists with the recruitment and retention of medical staff, helping TCC attract and retain high-quality, rural-focused healthcare teams to meet growing demands.

Funds raised by TWF can be funneled towards capital projects that benefit TCC, supporting the expansion of facilities and services as TCC acquires more sites to embrace medical demand.
